Lush Mother's Day Goodies

*These products were purchased by me. I am a Lush employee so I do receive a discount on Lush products. This does not change my opinion on the products in any way.*

Hey everyone! My apologies for being so absentee this week! I picked up some extra shifts at work, plus I celebrated my birthday, so I was a bit busier than usual this month. The rest of the month will be rather busy as well, since my mom is coming for a visit, and then the following week, I'll be headed off to Vegas for a somewhat belated birthday trip! May is basically the best month ever (well at least for this year so far!).

Now onto the goods, the Lush Mother's Day Collection! This is just a sampling of some of the Mother's Day products that are available both in store and online.
So cute!

  • Secret Garden Bath Bomb

Oh my goodness, I really really love this little bath bomb! This bath bomb is basically the epitome of spring, being super fresh and floral! If you are not a fan of floral scents, I'd skip this one BUT if you are, then I'd definitely pick this one up! It's not a bad price either, at $5.25. It also looks positively lovely in the tub! I'm a huge fan of not just great scented bath bombs, but visually stunning bath bombs, and Secret Garden fits the bill. In the tub, the pink and green parts fizz separately at first, until the colors start to swirl together! The middle is yellow, and contains loose flower petals! Basically the bath bomb literally blooms in front of you, containing the essence of rose absolute, sweet wild orange, rosewood oil, and marigold flowers.

  • Mumkin Bubble Bar

Honestly, this bubble bar reminds me of something straight out of Mario (the video game! lol). I seriously just picture the little Mumkin hopping around, and being best friends with Toad (the walking mushroom character). The Mumkin would obviously help Mario out from time to time, because with a face like that, it better be friendly!  Plus it has such a cute name, and is a perfect gift for your "mumkin."  This is a bubble bar priced at $6.95, and would be suitable for about 1-2 bubble baths, depending on your bubble needs! If you are a raspberry lover, this bubble bar has a very realistic fruity raspberry scent, smelling of raspberries (of course), bergamot, lemon, and violet leaf. The Mumkin also has chocolate drops for eyes and candy stalk stick for its leaf! It also has the same scent as the limited edition Easter Egg Hunt Soap. The Mumkin is basically the cutest thing ever, and like all the Mother's Say products, is only available during the spring time. If you're new to Lush bubble bars, here's my review of another bubble bar, just in case you are wondering how these are used.

  • Madame Butterfly Reusable Bubble Bar

Madame Butterfly is a reusable bubble bar, similar to Lush's Carrot. Madame Butterfly is priced at $8.95 and is actually of good value, since you can get over 6 baths out of it! Since the Bubble Bar is much harder in texture than your average bubble bar, you simply hold it by the wand under running water to create foamy bubbles. To be honest with you, I've used my Carrot about 5 times already, and it's still going strong, so I'd say it can last quite a long time depending on the amount of bubbles you prefer. Madame Butterfly has a rich, decadent rose scent that you might already be familiar with, since it's the same scents as the Rose Jam Bubbleroon and Ro's Argan Body Conditioner. I'm a huge fan of this scent, as well as the products' skin softening properties! If you're not fond of florals or rose scents, there are two other reusable bubble bars available, the Mum Tulip (smelling of chocolate oranges!) and the Mum (smells like fresh grass to me!).

I hope all you Mums out there have a lovely Mother's Day! Be sure to pamper your mother and tell her just how awesome she is!
